Meet Our New Member Experience Director

A Letter from our New Member Mom, 

Hey y’all! My name is Avery Basham and I have the honor and privilege of serving as Kappa

Kappa Gamma’s New Member Experience Director! Our team has spent so much time

preparing and anticipating the chance for each of you to join our sisterhood. These next few

years will be filled with so many memories and we can’t wait to make more with each of you!

This chapter holds such a special place in my heart and I am eternally grateful for the lifelong

friendships, and community that Kappa has brought me. As New Member Experience Director,

my goal is to facilitate a smooth and easy transition into college and this chapter for the new

members! I am here to offer my love, support, and guidance as a mentor and leader throughout

this journey. My mission is for every girl to feel loved and seen and for each of them to find their

place here in Kappa. I have personally witnessed how this chapter creates a sense of belonging

for everyone and I know that each of you will find your place!

I can’t wait to welcome MC’ 26 home and lead them through the best four years of their life!
