Meet Our New Member Experience Director

Hey y’all! My name is Brooke Fligel, and I am incredibly honored to serve as Kappa Kappa Gamma's New Member Experience Director this year. Our team has been hard at work preparing for the fall and eagerly anticipating the chance to welcome each of you into our sisterhood! The next few years will be filled with countless memories, and we can't wait for you to create some of the most unforgettable moments here with us. 

Kappa holds a special place in my heart, and I am forever grateful for the lifelong friendships, cherished memories, and the sense of belonging that this community has given me. As New Member Experience Director, my goal is to ensure that each new member’s transition into college and sorority life is smooth and seamless. I am here to offer love, support, and guidance as a mentor and leader throughout this journey. My mission is for every new member to feel loved, comfortable, welcomed, and truly accepted for who they are within Kappa. I have seen firsthand how this sorority provides a space for everyone to find their place, and I know you will experience that same sense of belonging. 

I can't wait to meet each of our new members in the fall and lead MC’ 25 through one of the best experiences of their life!
