Chapter Philanthropy
“Kappa Kappa Gamma’s philanthropies are Active Minds and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation. Active Minds is a non-profit that supports mental health awareness and education. We are blessed to work closely with the Active Minds chapter here at Auburn to raise awareness for mental health directly on campus. The Kappa Kappa Gamma foundation supports both active members and alumni with resources and funding in times of need, such as natural disaster relief and academic scholarships. This foundation helps not only members of our chapter but also members nationally and internationally. We hold these philanthropies incredibly close to our heart and are so thankful for the opportunity to work with them by fundraising at benefit nights and philanthropy events on campus! Our most popular on campus philanthropy event is called Matches for Mental Health, which is a tennis and pickleball tournament that teams enter to play and promote ending the stigma surrounding mental health challenges. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to support these organizations and to pour back into both the Auburn family and our chapters nationwide!”
